GIBSON L-4 CASE (ONLY), FOR 1920'S 12 FRET MODEL. $375.
picture | picture | picture |picture | picture |picture
Fits a 12 fret model.  Overall interior length is 39 1/2";  Width is 16".  The case has all it's latches and a replacement handle.  The highly arched top is a little soft but retains it's shape well.  The interior is good.  Make sure to measure your guitar to make sure it fits.  It may fit a 13 fret model too.  The right case is a nice way to complete your vintage package!

MARTIN COFFIN CASE, 0-28, 1890'S. GOOD CONDITION. $600.
picture | picture | picture |picture | picture |picture
This original Martin case is tagged inside for an 0-28 model but fits any "0" size guitar. It is perfect to complete the antique package with your old Martin. It is missing the upper half of two latches. They could be reproduced by a metalworker out of brass. The wood case is tight but the lid has had a couple of cracks spliced. The interior is in very good condition. The pocket lid is missing if it had one. My best investigation of the hardware indicates it is from c. 1890.

CSN. HANDMADE "DULCITAR" BY J.S.MELCER, 1940. $325.
picture | picture | picture |picture | picture |picture | picture |picture

Variation on a dulcimer coined a "Dulcitar" by Miss Marjorie Sinclair, it's inventor.  Made in Pasadena by J.S. Melcer in 1940.  See the description in the last photo about how to play it.  It is set up for slide playing and not tuned like a regular dulcimer, although it could be set up for standard style.  It is chromatically fretted.  The soundboard is spruce and the rest is nice curly maple.  The fingerboard is elevated.  It comes with an original corduroy bag and steel slide.
